In order to view the weekly live seminars, there are a few basic truths to know before connecting effectively.
- You must have a broadband connection (DSL, Cable, or LAN) to view the connection optimally. Anyone connecting with a 56K modem will have sound and video trouble that could come in many forms. This is a very high quality video feed, and we want everyone to experience as much of energy as it is in the Center.
- This video stream is encoded in Microsoft Windows Media Format. Therefore, you must have a Window Media Player on your computer. Both PC and Mac environments have the ability to install this player. Real Player should also work.
- The link below takes you to Microsoft's website where you can download the latest version of the Media Player (currently Version 11).
- Video Streaming is a very complex configuration of hardware, software, connectivity, and internetworking dynamics. It will not be uncommon to encounter a drop in connection, heavy internet activity, or freeze frames during the seminar. There can be a number of reasons why this could happen that is out of our hands as well as yours. Examples range from issues with hardware and software incompatibilities, network traffic with your internet service provider, or any other connection between us and you. If you happen to encounter an issue during the seminar, please try reloading the connection quickly.
- Please click here to visit a support article that helps you identify common issues with your media player.
- To make the video full-screen, press ALT-ENTER at the same time. Doing so again, will minimize the screen into a window.
If you have any technical issues associated with this connection, please use our contact form and select "Video Support".
